Ugh, that horrible thing. We’ve all done it I’m sure where you skip breakfast; either because you’re too busy, think you’re too fat or just can’t be bothered. But have you thought about how it could be affecting you mentally?

The fact is, eating breakfast kick starts our metabolism, brains and bodies in general. By choosing to have a healthy breakfast each morning we can actually improve not only our daily moods but also our long term mental health prospects.

Especially while we’re all in some sort of quarantine, it can really help to set a routine and to have a healthy breakfast. It reduces stress, gives you a good vitamin boost and improves your brain development. Give it a go!
